ASSUMPTION OF RISKI acknowledge that participation in a boat tour involves inherent risks, including but not limited to rough seas, changing weather conditions, marine life encounters, vessel movement, slips, falls, injuries, illness, property damage, and possible death.I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with the tour and related activities.

HEALTH DECLARATIONI certify that I am physically fit to participate in this excursion and do not have any medical condition that would make participation unsafe.Medical Conditions (if any):

WEATHER & REFUND POLICY
Sea-Thru Tours reserves the right to cancel, postpone, shorten, or modify any tour due to weather conditions, sea state, safety concerns, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.Should Sea-Thru Tours cancel a tour due to unsafe weather conditions, guests will receive a refund equal to 65% of the amount paid. The remaining 35% covers reservation, staffing, fuel, and operational costs incurred before departure.No refunds will be issued for tours shortened, modified, or interrupted due to changing weather conditions after departure.

GUEST CONDUCT POLICY
The safety of all passengers is our highest priority. Guests must follow all instructions given by the captain and crew at all times. Any guest who is unruly, disruptive, abusive, intoxicated, or refuses to follow staff instructions may have their trip immediately terminated.Any guest removed from the tour for misconduct or failure to follow crew instructions will receive NO REFUND!!

CHANNEL CONDITIONS NOTICE
I understand that entering and exiting the channel may occasionally be rough due to boat traffic, wakes from other vessels, tides, currents, wind, and changing sea conditions.By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and accept that portions of the trip may involve moderate vessel movement and that such conditions are a normal part of boating activities in the area.RELEASE OF LIABILITYIn consideration of being allowed to participate in activities provided by Sea-Thru Tours, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Sea-Thru Tours, its owners, captains, crew members, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from injury, illness, property damage, disability, or death resulting from my participation in the tour.
